Patricia Williams specialises in residential property lettings & management. Whilst the majority of our presence is in Louth and surrounding area, we operate effectively over a wide area north, to the Bank of the Humber Bank, east to the Coast and south as far as Horncastle as far east as Market Rasen and a little way beyond.

The properties we handle range from small town flats to large rural houses. Our staff is committed to providing the highest possible service to their clients and ensuring our reputation.

We are members of A.R.L.A. (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) & RICS (Royal Intuition of Chartered Surveyors) and comply to their high standards of competence and client accounting.

We have a wide variety of properties normally available at any one time, many of which are posted here on the site for you to view. We would advise that you browse through the properties in the different categories and if nothing is immediately suitable then we invite you to submit your requirements to us when we will then contact you. The majority of the properties available at any one time are let unfurnished or part furnished. It is quite normal that unfurnished properties include carpets, curtains and cooker and part furnished might include a washing machine, fridge freezer and/or other white goods.
