Pavillion Properties was formed in 2011 by combining the skills of two of the most experienced property managers in the City of Dundee. We feel that property management is a person to person business and landlords and tenants need to know who they are dealing with and their interests are our interests.

With state of the art , award winning management software we are able to employ the latest methods in management and communication allowing us to keep costs to our clients down and deliver an excellent service to tenants.

Our client's requirements and aspirations are of utmost importance and at the top of the list are; keeping properties occupied and collecting the rents on time. We make it our aim to manage clients’ properties as if they were our own and take as much of the pressure of owning a residential investment away from the client while always keeping them fully informed with 365 days a year round the clock access to their accounts by logging in the website, and e mails and text messages.
