The Tiverton office is Seddons Head Office where can be found a very busy Residential Sales Office, together with a Lettings Department and also a Farms Department.
The Residential Sales Office has a great team with Nick Seddon and Dan Barclay at the helm, together with Lynda, Rebecca, Ann and Sue.
Nick, a Chartered Surveyor has some 40 years of Estate Agency experience in the Tiverton area and is known locally as “Mr Tiverton”.
The Tiverton office is prominently situated in the main street near the Town Hall. Inside in one corner is a real thatched Wendy house full of toys to keep the children happy whilst mum and dad concentrate on the business to hand.”
